1. Damage charges must be paid by the User. In case if damage cost goes beyond INR 30,000, insurance claim might be filed and Repair/depreciation amount (In case of insurance claim); Parts which are not covered under insurance will be recovered from the User. Decision taken by the company on assessment of damage made will be final. Insurance claim is subjective to Company’s discretion. Insurance claim will not be filed for minor damages. FIR copy compulsory for Insurance Claim.
2. Drunk and Drive / Drug is strictly prohibited. All damages / Fine should be borne by the renter if the renter is found alcoholic or drugged.
3. Smoking not allowed inside the car. If ash found inside the car cleaning charges will be levied.
4. Company does not allow the Vehicle used to carry pets, goods or any other object which can annihilate the upholstery/any of the vehicles. In such event, the User will be charged on the actual cost towards repairing/cleaning of interior / exterior of vehicle.
5. Cost for any traffic rule violation during the Rental Period will be borne by the User directly.
6. Person who rent the vehicle should not allow other persons to drive. Driving without valid license is strictly prohibited. Any damages which occur due to these issue, the renter should take care of all expenses.
7. The Person renting the car should take all the responsibility for all damages / Accessory missing or damage / Violations / for any legal actions due the usage of the vehicle.
8. Company is not responsible for any accident and/or injury caused to the driver and/or any of the passengers due to personal negligence or negligence of the driver. If an accident occurs, FIR will be required from the customer. Additionally, driver’s original driving license will be held for insurance claiming purpose.
9. The person renting the car should be responsible for the total rent charges in case the vehicle met an accident till vehicle gets ready.
10. Our vehicles are solely for the purpose of personal use. The vehicle cannot be used as a taxi or for transporting people for monetary gain. Vehicles cannot be used for races, exhibitions and/or any contests. Vehicles cannot be used for towing, pushing and/or propelling another vehicle or objects.
11. Company expects its users to ensure the following to help us avoid safety issues:
a. The user must ensure that all passengers wear safety belts.
b. The number of passengers must not exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle.
12. Company reserves the right to fine or block a user due to non-compliance of the above.
13. Car should not be subleased to any other third parties. If found the police complaint will be filed and car will be seized from the person.
14. Our Cars are provided with FULL (till the top of the tank not just cut off) tank of fuel. While returning the car we will come with you and get fuel filled in nearby Fuel Station.
15. Renter is responsible to check water levels in vehicle engine. If engine fails due to non-maintenance of vehicle fluid levels the renter will be liable for repairs .Vehicle is completely inspected before car delivery.
16. If vehicle overheats, renter must immediately turn it off and contact customer care. Failure to do so will make customer fully liable for repair costs.
17. Company has the rights to cancel the agreement and take the car without intimation at any time due to failure of payment or any instance which company doesn’t permit.
